This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products sold on 17Seven.supply (“Products”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Licensor Information
The Products are owned and licensed by:

Throughout this Agreement, “17Seven”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to 17Seven. “You” or “Licensee” refers to the purchaser or user of the Product.
2. Digital Product Acknowledgment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
The Product is a digital good
Access is provided immediately after payment
You expressly consent to instant delivery
Refunds, cancellations, or returns are not available once access has been granted
This acknowledgment forms a material part of this Agreement.
3. License Grant (No Transfer of Ownership)
All Products are licensed, not sold.
Upon purchase, 17Seven grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product in accordance with this Agreement.
No ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
All rights not expressly granted remain with 17Seven.
4. Scope of Products
This Agreement applies to all Products sold on 17Seven.supply, including but not limited to:
Jitter motion templates
Framer templates
UI kits
Design systems
Bundles, collections, and future digital products
Your purchase includes only the digital files explicitly listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
No additional services, licenses, updates, or future content are included unless clearly stated.
5. Permitted Use
You may:
Use Products for personal and commercial projects
Use Products for unlimited client projects
Use Products internally within agencies or teams
Deliver final exported outputs (videos, images, renders) to clients
Use exported outputs on:
Marketing websites
SaaS websites and applications
Ads, presentations, and social media
Remove 17Seven branding after purchase
Attribute 17Seven optionally (not required)
Clients may never receive editable or source files.
6. Strictly Prohibited Use
You may not, directly or indirectly:
A. Resale, Redistribution & Sharing
Resell, sublicense, gift, or distribute Products
Share source files, editable files, or remix links
Sell modified, remixed, or rebranded versions
Replace placeholders and resell as a new product
Include Products as bonuses, freebies, or add-ons
Allow third parties access to editable files
B. Competing or Derivative Products
You may not:
Rebuild, recreate, or reverse-engineer Products for resale
Use Products as “inspiration” to create competing templates
Copy or replicate:
Layout systems
Animation logic
Motion principles
Structure, sequencing, or interaction patterns
Extract individual animations, transitions, or effects to sell separately
Minor changes do not create a new original work.
This includes changes to colors, branding, timing, easing, layout, or content.
C. Platform & Software Recreation Ban
You may not recreate or adapt Products for resale using any platform or tool, including but not limited to:
Figma
Framer
Webflow
After Effects
Any motion, design, or no-code software
D. SaaS & Software Embedding
You may not:
Embed Products inside SaaS products or software
Allow end users to access, customize, or export templates
Distribute Products as part of downloadable applications
7. AI & Automation Restrictions
You may not:
Use Products to train AI or machine-learning models
Upload Products into AI tools for:
Template generation
Code generation for resale
Dataset creation or fine-tuning
Use Products in automated systems that reproduce or derive templates
Personal learning or passive inspiration is allowed.
Commercial AI usage is strictly prohibited.
8. Third-Party Platform Dependency (Jitter)
Some Products are designed for use with third-party platforms, including Jitter.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required third-party licenses.
17Seven:
Does not provide Jitter licenses
Is not affiliated with Jitter
Is not liable for:
Pricing changes
Feature limitations
Service outages
Platform discontinuation
9. Third-Party Content & Trademarks
Some Products may reference third-party brands or visuals.
All trademarks and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
You are responsible for compliance with any applicable brand or usage guidelines.
17Seven disclaims all warranties relating to third-party rights.
10. Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the digital nature of the Products:
No refunds
No exchanges
No cancellations
11. Termination for Breach
This license remains valid unless terminated.
17Seven may terminate this license immediately and without notice if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination:
All rights granted to you cease
You must stop using the Product
You must delete all copies
No refunds will be issued following termination for breach.
12. Monitoring & Enforcement
17Seven actively protects its intellectual property.
We reserve the right to:
Issue takedown notices
Suspend access
Seek damages
Initiate legal action where necessary
Unauthorized use may result in civil or criminal liability.
13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
17Seven shall not be liable for:
Business losses
Revenue loss
Platform limitations
Third-party software issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the Products is at your own risk.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
15. Updates to This Agreement
17Seven may update this Agreement at any time.
The version published on 17Seven.supply shall always be the most current and binding version. Continued use of Products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
